Monday through Wednesday a pharmacist is present from 8:30 am-12:30 pm. Our pharmacy can fill a 30 day prescription if the medication is available.

nurse Practitioner and Food Educator meet with patients bi-weekly for chronic care management and "Nutritional support visits" for our patients with food insecurities.
Consider becoming a sustaining donor!
A sustaining donor is a person who donates a specified amount of their choice monthly. We are currently encouraging and asking everyone to do this in a specified amount. You can do this either on our website by clicking donate and making it a monthly donation or by mailing or dropping off a check or cash on a committed date every month.
